Returns & Refunds Policy
Please be aware that there is NO returns or exchanges due to 'change of mind' for Jeong Store purchases. Each piece is unique and non-replicable. As each work may vary slightly piece to piece due to the handmade nature of the work, please consider this carefully before finalising any purchase.
Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped, and will never be shipped or posted with any defects.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@jeongstore.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original and unused condition, along with the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 7 days the delivery date.
We do not pay for shipping of items return due to customer change of mind, nor do we refund the original shipping cost.
Refunds can be only be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.
Returned items are your responsibility until they arrive at our facility, so please ensure they are adequately packed to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records, in case you need to communicate with us regarding your return.
In the event that items are mistakenly returned to us, we will make every effort to locate them. Should we be able to find your items and you wish to have them re-sent to you, please note that you may be asked to cover the delivery cost.
Shipping Policy
At Jeong Store, we utilize Auspost Parcel Post for our shipping needs.
Standard Post generally takes around 3-8 business days, while Express Post can be delivered within 2-6 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to potential delays with Australia Post, for which Jeong Store is not liable. Ensure you specify your delivery address and take advantage of the tracking system provided. If you are purchasing something which is required by a specific date, we recommend the customer make the purchase ahead of time to guarantee a timely arrival.
Jeong Store is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once the order has been transferred to the shipping courier.
Made to Order works:
Please note that it typically takes about 6 weeks to create your unique pieces, depending on the specifics of your order. Handmade ceramics in particular involve a detailed process, and even factors like weather can impact production times. We appreciate your patience, as your order may take up to 6-8 weeks to you. Whilst we endeavour to communicate as clearly as possible as to when your works may be available, we cannot guarantee specific arrival times. Please note this very carefully when purchasing Made to Order works,
